About Auto-Crush
With Auto-Crush, you can pay off your student debt faster with by making one-time or monthly recurring payments to your student loans from within the Candidly platform.
How to set up an Auto-Crush payment
- Sign into your Candidly account.
- Open the left-hand menu > select Auto-Crush.
- Follow the prompts to learn about Auto-Crush.
- Follow the prompts to securely connect your bank account and share your selected account(s) with Candidly.
- Select a funding account from your list of connected accounts.
- Input your desired payment amount > Select frequency (monthly or one-time).
- If you have already connect your student loan account(s), your Auto-Crush payments will be sent to your primary loan account. If you have not yet connected at least one student loan account, you will be prompted to do so in order to finish setting up your Auto-Crush payment.
Once you finish setting up your Auto-Crush payment, you'll be directed to the Auto-Crush dashboard. Here, you can adjust your Auto-Crush payment, change your spending and funding accounts, and review your Auto-Crush history.
When are Auto-Crush payments processed and sent to my loan account?
Auto-Crush payments are processed and sent to your loan servicer at the end of each month.
How do I change my funding account for Auto-Crush?
The funding account is the account that is charged for your Auto-Crush payments. Only checking accounts can be used as the funding account for Auto-Crush.
- Sign into your Candidly account.
- Open the left-hand menu > select Auto-Crush.
- Click the '...' in the upper lefthand corner of the 'Funding Account' section.
- Select 'Manage Funding Account' and follow the prompts to select a new account.
How do I cancel or change my Auto-Crush payment?
- Sign into your Candidly account.
- Open the left-hand menu > select Auto-Crush.
- Click the '...' in the upper lefthand corner of the tile displaying your monthly Auto-Crush payments.
- Select 'Stop monthly payment' or 'Edit monthly payment' and follow the prompts to cancel or change your payment.
